Richmond Hill Inn is a perfect spot for beautiful, intimate weddings. Whether by the waterfall in the formal Parterre Garden or a small intimate spot at Richmond Hill Inn it provides a romantic atmosphere for your wedding day.

The waterfall area accommodates up to 65 guests in the Victorian landscape of the Parterre Garden. In the summer, hundreds of perennials and annuals put on a spectacular show.

Smaller ceremonies of two to one hundred fifty people can be held at various areas of the estate The Orchid room in the Carriage House. Larger receptions up to 150 guests could marry at the gazebo while guests are seated in chairs on the croquet court.

SUITE ELOPEMENT FOR TWO- Total package $2151.23

includes 3 nights in the Thomas Pearson Suite. Ceremony on your private veranda overlooking the Parterre gardens and the waterfall. Flower bouquet, boutineer and your wedding cake is included.

GOLD ELOPEMENT FOR TWO- Total package $1436.22

includes 3 nights in a Garden pavillion room. Ceremony in the Gazebo or The Orchid Room in The Carriage House. Floral Bouquet, boutonniere and wedding cake included. Maximum ten people.

Not included: Photographer, Champagne toast, alcohol with dinner.

WEDDING FOR SIXTY-FIVE - Total package $10,448.82

includes 2 night stay in the Thomas Pearson Suite overlooking your beautiful Waterfall ceremony site and the Parterre Gardens. Flowers for Bride, Groom and Bridesmaids. Minister fees. Wedding Cake. Plated dinner reception in The Ambassador's Grille.

Not included: Photographer, Champagne toast, alcohol with dinner.

GRANDE WEDDING FOR ONE HUNDRED - Total $19,182.52

includes 2 nights in the Luxurious Seven Oaks Cottage suite and 2 nights for eight cottages for your family or bridal party. Outdoor reception surrounded by the croquet cottages. Wedding Cake for 100 people. Floral for Bride, Groom, 7 attendants each and all tables. All tent, chair and flooring rental. Buffet wedding reception for 100 people to dine.

Not included: Photographer, Champagne toast, alcohol with dinner.

Reservation Policies

  • Facilities are secured upon the receipt of the contract with a nonrefundable deposit in the amount of the facility fee plus tax.
  • The facility fee includes: prewedding portrait photography privileges, use of the gardens and grounds, wedding rehearsal, and white folding chairs.
  • A final guest count is due 3 days prior to the event.
  • If an outdoor event is planned and there is a forecast of 30% or more chance of inclement weather, we will check the weather conditions at least three hours prior to the event and make a decision whether or not to relocate to an indoor location.
  • If you have any guests that will be arriving in motor coaches or motor homes, notify the Events Manager. Since we are located on a hilltop, getting to and around the property can be tricky for large vehicles.
  • We respectfully ask that you not toss birdseed or rice at the bride and groom. Tossing flower petals or blowing bubbles is a better alternative.
  • We will be happy to assist you in planning any sound, lighting or entertainment. Any outdoor or indoor entertainment must conclude by 9 p.m.
